Cha Community

We love Cha Community! Their drink selection is incredible, and their matcha is hands-down our favorite. We’ve been to a lot of boba shops, but the texture and flavor of their boba is some of the best we’ve had. They also have amazing food options—our go-to is always the dumplings. What really sets Cha Community apart, though, is the atmosphere. It’s such a rare find: a place with fantastic food and drinks that also feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely safe to hang out in. We can’t recommend Cha Community enough—absolutely worth a visit

Cha Community is my belly’s happy place. They are truly the embodiment of community; Welcoming, intentional, and full of soul. Their matcha is absolutely unmatched, the dumplings are unreal, and the Vietnamese pancakes are next-level every single time. You can taste the care and love in everything they serve. Whether you’re stopping in for comfort food, connection, or just a peaceful moment in Waco, Cha Community always delivers. A genuine gem.

The food is amazing! I swear the boxes were like 3 lbs. I loved the Japanese chickpea curry with rice, dumplings, slaw, and cucumber salad. Awesome vegan option. My husband got the pork meal with rice slaw and dumplings and also enjoyed it. It does take a bit to get your food, maybe 15-20 minutes, but so worth it.

I've been coming to Cha Community since they opened at the Farmers Market in 2018. I LOVE their food options, especially the pork belly bao. Their dumplings are to die for and I usually go with a jasmine green tea boba or the way coco. If it's cold, their hot chai is so good. Clean, beautiful space, great for meeting with friends or even having a meeting. I've done several lunch meetings there and it's a perfect spot to go. Friendly staff and amazing owners! Go and try everything, you won't regret it!

Cha Community is literally a staple Greater Waco area! There are very few places that are full of such kind and inviting people that I've ever experienced, and they go out of their way to love and care on people in amazing ways. The co-owner Devin is a former local high school teacher who gives back to the community and students at every possibility. He's been a a major supporter of the local Waco ISD comic con style event, and is just amazing! This company loves and supports their staff in amazing ways! I wish every local business was an amazing and kind as Cha Community! On top of all that, their food is amazing and I can get my boba tea just like I like it. My daughter's literally ask me two or three times a week when we can go back for more dumplings. Five stars !

Amazing area for boba, lunch, group gatherings, study dates, etc. Devin and Jaja (owners) are amazing people and really support the Waco and Baylor community. The staff here are really sweet and caring. Amazing place to grab boba drinks, matcha, dumplings, vegetarian food, or just to find your community.

Absolutely in love with this place! It’s not every day you find a flower shop that also serves boba tea. And they do both incredibly well. The shop is charming, the vibe is peaceful, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. You can tell they really care about both their blooms and their brews. Highly recommended!

I haven't been to this location but I have gotten Tea from Cha. Devin is a great entrepreneur and a great person. The looseleaf tea is authentic and the staff were nice enough to ship it to me at no extra charge. They even put in a little note too. They are essential to Waco. Thank you for all you do! 谢谢我的朋友！
